               2. **Orders Not Received:**
– Refunds or resends will not be processed if the tracking information shows the order as delivered.
– Non-delivery certification from the local post office may be required if clients do not receive the package.

               3. **Products Damaged:**
– Full refund or replacement for packages badly damaged upon arrival.
– Partial refund or replacement for packages partially damaged (excluding minor issues like thread, wrinkles, or scratches).
– Timeframe for complaints or disputes regarding damaged products: within 30 days after delivery.

              4. **Incorrect or Missing Products:**
– Full refund or replacement for incorrect products.
– Refund or resend for products with minor issues (e.g., wrong color or size).
– Resend for missing parts affecting product function; refund or resend for other missing parts.
– Accessories will be resent if missing.

              5. **Orders Cancellation:**
– Full refund available before products are processed by our warehouses.
